Access to Kootenay IR 1 for purpose of replacing 230 kV pole structures from Jan 7 to Jan 31, 2025.

BC Hydro / Bad Ventures and PJB Cranes is granted access to ʔaq̓am lands forming Kootenay IR 1
for the purposes of replacing damaged 230 kV poles from the 2023 wildfire from Jan 7 – Jan 31,
2025. Equipment will include utility vehicles, grader, excavator for snow clearing and crane for
pole disassembly and assembly. Work will be conducted in the between poles 13-2 and 11-7. See
below map in red polygon for project area.
