The ʔaq'am administration oversees and operates a variety of programs and services that support the well being of our community. We work together to make our Vision a reality:

Administration Welcome to CAO Nicole KapellNicole Kapell has worked for Ktunaxa for over 15 years in various capacities, most recently as the Director of the Lands and Resources Sector at the Ktunaxa Nation Council. Nicole has a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and a Master of Arts in Environment and Management. She has spent the past 15 years learning from Ktunaxa and applying those teachings to stewardship of lands and resources in ʔamakʔis Ktunaxa. Nicole is originally from Saskatchewan and resides in Kimberley with her husband, dog, and three cats. She looks forward to supporting Ktunaxa's goals and vision in this new role.
