Columbia Outdoor School staff are granted access to ʔaq̓ am lands forming Kootenay IR 1 to collect water quality/quantity data from a monitoring station located on Joseph Creek at St.Eugene Mission (SEM) Resort Golf Course once a week between April and November 2025.
